Rating System Announced: Speared Steers

Here's how it works. For each post, I'll feature my top picks of the month/week and give the food or place a speared steer rating with one of the Steer Rating Symbols (one through five "Speared Steer(s)"). And then, you can rate the food and other food you like in the same category, according to the system.
